Classes
Gina’s Class Policy:
- Registration is required. You may register in person, by phone or by mail with check, money order or credit card.
- Payment is required to register.
- Class fees are non-refundable unless the class is cancelled or you cancel from the class with at least 48 hours notice. We reserve the right to cancel class if the minimum number of students required is not met (normally 4)
- Class supplies and kits are not included in the class fee.
- Supplies must be purchased at Gina’s.
- Patterns & books cannot be shared or photocopied because of copyright laws.
- Gina's will be open 15 minutes prior to morning and evening classes to enable us to start on time.
- With respect for others please arrive on time and be prepared.
- No guests will be permitted to sit in on the class.
- Please turn cell phones off in class for consideration of others

#7002 Machine Mastery Classes, Mondays
Gina’s offers mastery classes for every current model of Bernina Machine. If you are unsure which class to take please give us a call. (865)966-5941. In the classes, we will lead you through a series of exercises to help you fully utilize your machine and enhance your sewing experience. This is a hands-on class designed to teach you how to care for your machine, educate you about machine needles and threads, and lead you through the stitches available on your machine. Additionally, you will learn how to alter stitches, learn about pattern functions, mirror images, memory, alphabets, etc.
For all Mastery Classes you must bring your machine and accessories to class! There is a small fee for the kit and workbook.

Gina’s offers mastery classes for every current model of Bernina Machine. If you are unsure which class to take please give us a call. (865)966-5941. In the classes, we will lead you through a series of exercises to help you fully utilize your machine and enhance your sewing experience. This is a hands-on class designed to teach you how to care for your machine, educate you about machine needles and threads, and lead you through the stitches available on your machine. Additionally, you will learn how to alter stitches, learn about pattern functions, mirror images, memory, alphabets, etc.
For all Mastery Classes you must bring your machine and accessories to class! There is a small fee for the kit and workbook.

#7013 Serger Mastery Classes, Thursdays
In these Serger Mastery classes, we will lead you through a series of exercises designed to help you fully utilize your serger and enhance your serging experience. This is a hands-on experience designed to educate you about a wide variety of items. Some of the things these sessions will cover: care of your serger, threads and needles, threading, 4-thread stitches, differential feed, 3-thread overlock, flatlock, rolled hem, etc. Please bring your serger and all accessories.

#7015 Serger Coverstitch Class, Thursday
Gina’s offers mastery classes for every current model of Bernina Sergers. These serger classes are done in a series. You should finish Serger Mastery Class Sessions #1 and #2 to have a good understanding of your serger before signing up for the class. After you know how to use your serger, add to your knowledge by taking this class to learn how to use the coverstitch! (1300 Models ONLY) Mastery Classes are Free to those of you who purchased your machine from Gina’s. However you must sign up so we have enough seats ready.
Mastery Classes are $100 per session. You must bring your serger to class!
