Paulie 
"Paulie" is a button at the shoulder romper for girls or boys. It may be trimmed with rickrack or corded piping. The girl's version is sashed and the cropped legs are finished with a contrasting ruffle. The boy's version has longer pants and button over at the ankle. The yoke is lined. Our sample is made from a sweet pink with chocolate brown polka dots with the contrasting piping and ruffle from the chocolate brown with pink polka dot cotton fabric. So cute with a monogram!
