Collage Quilt Class

Day Time Collage - 
Pick any of Laura Heine's patterns, large or small and learn the technique and enjoy your creative freedom! The cat, the puppy, the dress form, and the rabbit are some of the easiest of Laura Heine's patterns.  See the pattern for specific fabric requirements and start looking for fabrics containing designs/motifs that you may want to use. Florals are excellent options. Please purchase the required amount of Steam a Seam 2 to fuse onto the backs of your collage fabrics.  Please don't use a different brand or style of fusible.  Steam a Seam 2 is tacky and is repositionable.  Other brands are not. You will follow the pattern's instructions for adhering the collage fabrics to the Steam a Seam fusible before class.  And then cut out as many motifs (flowers/animals, big dots/etc.) as you can.  I do this while watching television.  Yes, this is homework before class. Pattern Ease can be purchased on the day of class.
