Children's Corner ALEX Shirt or Blouse, Jumper or Romper

In this 3 session class you will see how quick and easy it is to sew a sweet shirt or blouse for your little one! Many avoid shirt construction because of a piped collar or set in sleeves. Then there are the buttons and buttonholes!! After this class, you will feel comfortable making many more!

Purchase Before Class:

Children's Corner Alex Pattern
Fabric for Shirt/Blouse (if making piping out of shirt fabric, purchase an additional 1/2 yard of fabric)
Thread to match (I love aurifil)
3/8" Buttons - 5
1/4 yard so sheer interfacing
If making your own piping, you will need about 2 yards of piping cord
If purchasing pre-made piping, get 2 yards

Purchased supplies for garment
Sewing Machine with ALL Feet
Empty Bobbin
New #70 Needle
General Sewing Supplies: Scissors, Seam Gauge, Sharp Straight Pins, Fabric Marker, hand sewing needle, etc...

**Other Important Information:

Go ahead and trace or trim pattern size you are making, but DO NOT cut the garment out before class. Time has been set aside for that.
