Folded Star - Layered Pot Holder

This is the Folded Star Squared pattern.  Supplies below:

8"folded star hot pad interfacing template pattern by Plum Easy Patterns - there is a round and a square version - either is fine for class.

Fabric requirement listed in pattern - You will need 4 (1/8 yard) cuts for the layers and 1 (10" square) for the backing, 1 (10" square) batting, 1 (2.5" x WOF) for binding, fabric glue stick is a must!

Sewing machine and basic sewing supplies, small iron and pad is helpful. I prefer the 1/4 foot or open 20C foot for Bernina machines (but any machine is great for class).
