Embroidery Class w/Susie Skinner - Springtime placemats

Springtime is a great time to spruce up your table linens. Completely done In The Hoop (ITH), these placemats have such colorful, cheerful designs. I chose the Easter Placemat design SKU: TSE04485 Large Easter Circular Placemat by Tattered Stitch Embroideries.

You might want to choose this one, or you might want to select a different design. The 5" x 7" will fit the Oval Hoop and the 6" x 10" will fit the Midi Hoop. Regardless of the design or size, they all are embroidered using the same concept. Once you learn that, you will be well on your way to setting a pretty table to entertain your family and friends.

Threads for the panels you want to embroider. I chose pansies and tulips. (Obviously, you could substitute colors of threads that you already own...)
